Mcdonald's - Houston

I have my order right. the line moved efficiently. the personal was polite and professional. the food was freshly prepared. they can't ask much more about a mcds.

Cashier was in rare form... Oh well! But person that give me my order. Always she so pleasant. Older lady with blue color in her hair. It looked really great on her. Give her a raise and promotion...

Very rude patrons. Shenanigans and mischief everywhere. Very nice employees however. Window manager was very kind and attentive. I feel bad for the staff having to deal with the little boogers who think they run the place.

Omg I spent over 15 dollars and the gave us undone burgers and cold fries without salt!!!! We asked for nuggets they gave us a mc griddle !!! Not to mention we asked for well done fries!!!Horrible this night time crew was off track all the way!!! The manager confirmed our order at the window and still served us trash!!! This is unacceptable food poisoning at the highest level I’ve added photos for the proof!!! Stay away from this Mc Donald’s at night for sure!!!

If you are placing an app order beware! They do not know how to run them correctly in the register! They will rip you off! This has happened to me 3 times at same location. At first I gave them the benefit of lack of knowledge. 3rd time in its on me. I purposely do not go into this location cause the smell from the homeless people is very strong. This does not include how dirty this place is. It is worth the drive to go to a different one.
