Contribute FeedbackMariposa, a long-time favorite restaurant, received mixed reviews from patrons. Some were disappointed by changes to the menu, while others were pleased with the service and quality of food. Despite some complaints of old-tasting food and lack of staple items, many diners enjoyed the delicious chicken broth and complimentary bread with strawberry butter. Service was generally praised, with friendly hosts and attentive waitstaff. Overall, while there were some negative experiences reported, there were also positive aspects that may entice customers to return in the future.
Love that the atmosphere is always pleasant and wonderful.
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and have always loved it. There are things on their long-standing menu that were comfort food items for me because I’ve been eating them so long. With that being said, the current menu is a far cry from anything pre-COVID. I know restaurants struggled. I get it. However, having premixed cocktails they pour out of a bottle but still charge premium prices for? And will queso soup EVER return? Many signature food dishes are just gone. Thank goodness they still have the yummy chicken broth and popovers, but that’s about all that is good. Not sure I’ll return until the premixed cocktails leave and the menu goes back to something that resembles the Mariposa before COVID. Service is lacking too.
We like to be there with our grand children... Prices have increased recently
The ladies that work there are SO KIND and attentive!
Not as good as it used to be, miss the popovers. Sourdough wasn’t that great
