What Llewellyn Emard doesn't like about Hunan Village Restraurant:
Worst Chinese food I ever had in Texas. The food was under-prepared, not fresh. All the food had a very tacky smell (even when you enter that restaurant, you'll get it). I can't even explain the taste. Not going there ever, complete waste of money. We are fond of Chinese food but after this experience we will thoroughly check everything before we try any new Chinese restaurant. View all feedback. As brilliant as I remembered years ago. Big FAT WONTONS, in the soup, with Spicy Chinese Mustard, not the pedestrian BS. The Pepper Steak and General Tso's Chicken were as spectacular as ever. The Fried Rice came hot and fresh, not as it sat in the warmer for hours.
