The bread!!! Delightfully toasty on the outside and still heavenly soft in the middle! Perfection that is only achieved when MADE IN-HOUSE and with love!! Sooo many times I?ve driven past this place not knowing what I had been missing. Next time you?re craving a sammy, check out this lil gem. I was a little hesitant because the sandwich I wanted came with black olives and that?s just not something I eat, but that was one of THE BEST chicken salad sandwiches I have ever had. Yummm!!!! ? It had only the slightest sweetness to it, but that may have been coming from the bun? not sure. More research is needed.? Can?t wait to go back!

The sandwiches at this place are absolutely amazing! I always make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in town. I've never had a subpar sandwich; everything, from the bread to the meats, is delicious.

In my opinion, this is the best sandwich in the United States. I had my first one back in 1987 while working at Woodforest Bank, and it soon became our go-to lunch spot. The bread is truly outstanding! I can't wait for my next visit to Houston!
