Great! Pizza is always The parmesan broth bites had no butter on them, but honestly, that was okay. They are much less heavy without the butter haha. But food is really good waiting. Time wasn't bad. Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER! It was a misunderstanding with the delivery guy who DIDN’T READ TO CALL BEFORE DELIVERING! And was driving so fast who couldn’t see us waving him down ! Called the store to get driver information and the general manager SHEKINAH WAS HORRIBLE ! Very unprofessional and wouldn’t give us the information to call the driver . Asked for the district manager’s number and said he couldn’t give it out ! but jokes on him we was able to abstain it! The franchise owner definitely need to train his GENERAL MANAGER ON HOW TO CONDUCT HIMSELF IN A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT! RATE 0/10 ! Very disappointed!!!
Confirmation email said ~30 minutes. ~2 hours later, the tracker lists the order as delivered even though no one showed up. I called the number on the webpage that says it goes to the manager. it sent me to the order line where I had to listen to an unskippable , lengthy job add, and then brought me to the order menu. The only way to get through to a person was to make selections as if i was trying to order something. I was then told the driver accidentally closed the order but that he would still be arriving. ~15 minutes later he arrives with cold food.I get long wait times if they 're short on people, but that can be reflected in the initial estimated wait time. The fact i had to listen to a job offer in order to call to complain is messed up , and the fact that the delivery can be marked as complete before the driver even gets near my address doesn 't even make sense. I will only order from here again as a last resort.
This has been the worst Dominos experience. The food took over 2 hours to get here. The driver seemed to have gotten lost or stopped in the same place for over 20 minutes. When the food finally arrived it was cold and the brownies were burnt. The absolute worst.
Date of incident: 9/22/22. The City of Houston has shut down water from 12 am 7:30 pm in my area as well as this Domino 's establishment. How did I know that this Domino 's had no running water? Because, this lady who claimed she was the manager on duty there simply told me. I called this Domino’s at 11:30 am asking if they had no running water like myself since the restaurant is next door to me. She said yes. So I simply asked, So, are you still in business if there is no running water? She said, Hold on. and put me on hold forever with no intention of answering my question. So, me, being the concerned citizen that I am walked over there to check to see if they were still opened. And, they were! Taking orders, making food, and everything. That is unhygienic and a health code violation! How does this restaurant hire people with no common sense not to report the issue to the appropriate person in charge? Obviously, this restaurant should have been shut down during the water outage. I 've made a report to the Houston Health Department and Domino 's Corporate.
