Brisket: Very good. It reminded me of Gatlins without the rub. 1/4in smoke ring. Dip tenderly and very moist. No knife needs. Film packaging most likely. Intensive smoke taste always increases the score. No sauce required. My sad part made me sad. I grinned under my ribs and sausage to find more, but it was all gone.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill twice this week and he's a really nice man. I was in his place for about 30 minutes and could not believe how popular he was with his BBQ stand and sold firewood. Seems he's very popular with locals for his BBQ booth. If only his customers know how important good reviews are, he will have thousands of 5 stars in a month.

Not sure about the barbecue, will have to try it next time, but the firewood is great! Good value for the money and nice selection for both cooking and just burning.
