Every interaction with staff over my two day stay was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel was in good condition and clean. The breakfast was nice, but did not have as wide a selection as others in the area, and did not have enough fresh fruit, low cal, and low fat options for my taste. Nonetheless, I did have two nice breakfast meals.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room on the 5th floor was beautifully designed, making for a very comfortable night's sleep. I was surprised to find that coffee prices started below £4!

Location : hilton terminal 4. If m nt wrong visited this place 2 years bak. While I was travelling to india from London. Its a oriental food section with alcohol serv. While your flight delay its a gr8t place to make ur self chilll for a while. They serve fast. Clean. Security cheak takes lots of tym ... such a pain in ur . So keep calm grab a glass of wine n chill. Or anythg eatery.
