Deceived. £45 admission fee for New Year's Eve. Food was lacking to non-existent, and at 2:00 am, a large group of new guests arrived for an R&B night. Best to steer clear of this place.
Absolutely love the Weir! Such a great vibe and great food! If you can catch the night when there is a live band on I highly recommend staying to watch them
I came.here with my company for a Christmas Party and having experienced many Christmas parties ot many different venues i can safely say this was by far the best o e in a long time! The food was excellent, they weren't slices of turkey more like slabs of turkey and the meal was piping hot which when catering for big parties can sometimes be hard to do. The service from Jo and her team was 11/10 they all are a credit to this fantastic venue she has got going on here. Really would recommend this place!
Thank you to Jo Jan, Sandra team for our family party for 60, the evening was just perfect, and all of us were so well looked after, the drinks, food atmosphere all if anyone is looking for a venue to host a party /gathering look no further than the Weir. PS The band were brilliant as well.
What happened to fresh food? Is it no longer available? I ordered chicken burger, received dry defrosted and microwaved piece of chicken. Very disappointed. Also my husband ordered a steak, unfortunately quality of meat and cooking process were not up to standard, steak was so chewy that it was impossible to eat. Something changed there definitely quality of food and kitchen staff.
