Discovered a hair in the kulcha. They didn't apologize and only replaced my thali with a naan. When I asked for a refund or replacement of the whole thali, they only refunded £4 for the naan. The thali was almost £8. The food was not enjoyable at all. The poor customer service completely turned me off. Will not be returning to this place!!!!

It used to be our favourite lunch place for Indian street food, but yesterday's visit was disappointing. We ordered our usual Makai Roti and Spinach saag. Saag was fine, but Roti was as hard as Papad. When asked, we were told that is how it is supposed to be. So not true.
