Hello, I would like to share my experience with the restaurant Firezza. I placed an order online but unfortunately, they did not fulfill it. I have made multiple attempts to contact different branches and their head office, as well as sending emails to request a refund, but I have not received a response. It appears that the company is facing a legal case in June with the case number 828. I would recommend verifying the information or removing them from your website.
I ordered takeout from this restaurant last night and it arrived on time, delivered by a very pleasant gentleman. The pizzas were good, but they lacked toppings. The sides were tasty, but there was not enough dip. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but I don't think it was worth the price, even with the £10 discount I received. I was also disappointed to find that there was a better deal advertised on the website that was not available to me.
