We had arranged a buffet system for the food, with around 35-40 people waiting in line. However, the service was extremely slow, with only a few people being served at a time while the rest waited with empty plates in their hands. The dessert distribution was also poorly managed, with only 2 bowls of gulab jamun being shared among 80 guests. Despite charging £24 per head, the quality of service and food did not match up to the price. The lack of food available at the buffet and the overall poor service left a sour taste in our mouths. It is unfortunate that despite our past experiences with hosting events, we received such disappointing service from Bukhara Restaurant under the management of Ricky. We would rate our experience with Bukhara Restaurant as below 1 out of 5 stars.

Incredible. Absolutely incredible. My family and I visited this restaurant for dinner and discovered an amazing deal on the website thefork.co.uk. It was fantastic - the food was delicious and freshly prepared, and they honored the 50% off offer we found online. I highly recommend it. The service was exceptional, and I would definitely return. The only downside was a large spill in the hallway to the restroom that caused a slip as there was no warning sign, but aside from that, it was amazing!
