How can they not provided water from the tap when we have paid for our kids to play and eat! When we placed our order they could not remember what we had ordered and had to be reminded the staff were too busy playing games with each other.

The toilets need improving. Men's door handle broken. Ladies toilet seat broken, dirty and no toilet paper. When the deserts arrived they were on the whole pretty good.
