Not the first time i have been here but every time I do come the experience gets worse and worse.saw a leaflet prompting to ask staff about membership details.h... read more Not the first time i have been here but every time I do come the experience gets worse and worse.saw a leaflet prompting to ask staff about membership details.he didn't have a clue and asked me what the membership was for! Lol Then another chap from behind said it was £30 a month! What an absolute joke.it should be that for the year. You have to come at least 11 times in a month to get your moneys worth for joining.there are only 4 weekends in a month.even if you came every sat and sun you still wouldn't get your moneys worth.who ever came up with that price is crazy.not sure how it compares with other soft play areas but it really isn't that great.was when it first opened but not anymore.staff were attentive.soft play area was well let and the ball toy think was working.dont think they fixed that for years. Plus points are the free wifi and the ice cream is good.bit over priced. Another verry annoying thing is when you see parents bring in 4/5 kids and not pay for them.they just pay for their tea or coffee and no one from the staff questions them yet here I am mugins who has paid for both of my kids. Wish I could say hand on heart I would never come here again but the reality is due to convenience I probably will.just hope they fix up. If your reading this afters (I seriously doubt it because you don't care) I would suggest bringing this place back in line with when it first opened.get the play area working properly.light it up.clean it. Make staff more attentive.

No longer! Please avoid like the plague! One son ordered a cola float and I watched the server open a can a of Pepsi into a small plastic cup pour half the froth away, which was half the small glass and then put in one scoop of ice cream. My other sone asked for two scoops of mint choc chip and was told to choose something else as they had run out. He chose one scoop of ice cream. We then went back to our table where I discovered that the cola float I had seen prepared had been given to my son and already finished. The bill came to £6.20! I asked to speak to the manager re guarding the lousy service and exhorbitant price and was told that he was not in by an Asian male who said his name was Malik. This man was then identified by another member of staff as being the Manager !!! . When I complained that I had just paid £3 for half a can of Pepsi and 1 vanilla scoop the waiter who made it originally, pointed out that It was actually £3.75!!! This place has obviously hit skid row and is only surviving on past memories please avoid like the plague. Not fair, not honest and far from fairly priced

Eve... read more Worst dessert restaurant me and friends have ever experienced. Walked into the restaurant and sat down for around 40mins waiting for someone to approach us. Eventually had to get up and ask for menu's ourselves. We were then informed that there were no more menu's available. Instead they provided us with one very dirty, crusty menu that looked like it hadn't been wiped in 3 years. We then eventually started to order our desserts having to find out that was hardly any toppings available which lead to our waffles being very basic. Waiting for the food now, they approach us telling us that there were no plates or napkins available so we were forced to eat in take away boxes on restaurant tables.Customer service needs to change as I can see the restaurant closing down very soon.Thank you, you will never see me reviewing this restaurant again as there will not be a next time.
