Terrible, waited half an hour, eventually got my money and left without eating. Customer services is so bad.
Worst dessert restaurant me and friends have ever experienced. Walked into the restaurant and sat down for around 40mins waiting for someone to approach us. Eventually had to get up and ask for menu's ourselves. We were then informed that there were no more menu's available. Instead they provided us with one very dirty, crusty menu that looked like it hadn't been wiped in 3 years. We then eventually started to order our desserts having to find out that was hardly any toppings available which lead to our waffles being very basic. Waiting for the food now, they approach us telling us that there were no plates or napkins available so we were forced to eat in take away boxes on restaurant tables.Customer service needs to change as I can see the restaurant closing down very soon.Thank you, you will never see me reviewing this restaurant again as there will not be a next time.
Took our kids for a treat to afters and will definitely not be returning as totally and unbelievably disappointed by the staff after asking for some tap water the staff refused saying they cannot provide water from the tap! How can they not provided water from the tap when we have paid for our kids to play and eat! When we placed our order they could not remember what we had ordered and had to be reminded the staff were too busy playing games with each other.
Got served quickly. The toilets need improving. Men's door handle broken. Ladies toilet seat broken, dirty and no toilet paper. When the deserts arrived they were on the whole pretty good.
Went to this place with family after dinner on a Saturday, firstly seemed empty, and the floors were sticky and smelly, once I got my ice cream served after eating two spoons found a long piece of hair covered in ice cream, bits of sprinkles on it. I will never step back in this place again. Disgusting, with no customer service at all.
