The carpaccio is absolutely... read more Christiano is without a doubt the best restaurant in Houma and ranks in my top 3 to 5 restaurants, even among those in New Orleans. The carpaccio is absolutely superb, the best I have ever tasted. I always order it whenever it's on the menu at any restaurant. The pasta dishes, steaks, sides, drinks, and service at Christiano are all exceptional.

I find a couple of details that were covered in the past were missed. The risotto was a bit salty. We had to ask for the bread basket a couple of times before getting one. We also weren’t offered the little plates for the breads to dip our oils with forcing us to just drizzle on top of the bread which made a little bit of a mess. There was more coverage of the tables in the past. We went a little earlier so it wasn’t crowded at the time. Steaks were fantastic.
