As a manager, it’s your responsibility to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and to address any issues that come up. At the very least, when problems occur, you should consider offering customers some compensation. Having worked there only three months ago, I can confidently say that the previous management would not have accepted this behavior. Either take responsibility for the operations of your restaurant or think about stepping aside.

It was great to catch up; I'm from New Mexico, and she's from here. The food was good, and while the service was a bit slow—likely due to being short-staffed—it was still acceptable. Our server did a great job. I ordered a grilled chicken salad without walnuts, and it was delicious! Thank you!

So it was suggested I order the shrimp sandwich that comes with fries with no bread. I did. I paid $10.79 for 6 shrimp, small serving of fries, and a pickle spear. Definitely not worth the money.
