It's alway... read more I love all Arbeys restaurants but this one is always my favorite. I love the Christian music they play. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's always very clean inside and the grounds are kept beautifully. My food is always great and comes in less than 2 minutes!

I am a diabetic and my sugar was 76 when I checked it a few minutes before, so I know i... read more On December 5, 2017, my Godchild and I went on a shopping trip in Houma. I am a diabetic and my sugar was 76 when I checked it a few minutes before, so I know it was lower than that. We walked in and I was starting with the shakes. Walking in I met up face to face with an employee, I looked at her and explained I was a diabetic and that my sugar was dropping could I please have a cup to grab some soft drink. She didn't hesitate in going to get me a cup, as soon as I drank it, I went for us to order and I paid. By this time I was really shaking and I told her my Godchild would get the change, I had to go sit. Not only did she work with me, another employee brought our order to the table. I was so very impressed and appreciative, I was beyond words. I know I didn't thank them near enough, and I just don't remember their names. I hope that you can extend my thanks to them, I'm sure they would remember who it is that served us.

The middle was some what tender but the outer edge was like crispy like bacon. I had to take that part off to eat it and that left me with hardly nomeat. It was my first time and I think probably my last time but the workers were very friendly

I always come for the cheesesticks and a roastbeef sandwich but today I was sadly disappointed when I wasn?t acknowledged in the drive through to have my order taken, I waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes at the speaker Theorder taker after I said something said she would be with me and left me hanging for another 4 minutes. I?ve never experiencedthis before with Arby?s. Unfortunately I won?t be back for a little while to this location. Hope this drive through issue getsfixed. I?m sure other guests are irritated as well.
