I requested that they lower the temperature, but they just kept it blasting like it was the North Pole. It felt quite rude and inconsiderate. As for the food, it was only mediocre at best. This was my first experience at Applebee's, and I can confidently say it will be my last. I will never spend a dime at an Applebee's again—this place is terrible.
