Hardee's - Hot Springs

The food was great. Service was very good. We bought the Frisco Burger and the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Both were very delicious. Through the drive thru and had to wait in the parking lot for our order. For me, that meant that they did as you did, and it didn't sit under a lamp. Great work. Thank you.

Chicken was cooked fresh for my order. Friendly staff. Staff constantly wore their masks Food takes a few minutes but is delicious. Onion rings seemed over cooked or a new style, I didn’t like the onion rings. stick to the fries. Restaurant is in an area of Hot Springs near the homeless shelter and services. The bathroom requires a token from the cashier. I deducted to keep the bathroom clean and keep non-customers from using the bathroom.

It's so nice and welcoming here. The community is very friendly and the spring water here is like no other. It's like I'm being purified! They have nice restaurants with AMAZING food and the shops are nice and stylish. It's a tad bit crowded but it is a tourist attraction after all. Will most DEFINITELY come back here again.

Gave this place a try and like any other fast food place, they can't get an order right even if not busy We ordered two 5 meals and one contained two burgers no sauce with mustard only Had it repeated to me What we get was two burgers with so much sauce on them the bun was soggy and the sauce was dripping everywhere Fries were warm but had an old taste. Onion rings were cold .I was able to warm them in a microwave at the hotel. They did taste good We did get a cookie with each meal and another reason it only cost 5 bucks .It was burnt to the point you could not eat either one

Lost my appetite. Tables were dirty, floors needed sweeping and mopping. Loomed like someone started but didnt get to finish. Went to restroom to find the large roll toilet paper on floor and no trash bag in trashcan. Having to go i went to the mens. There was poop smeared on the outside of the toilet??? How did that happen? I figured ok well bathrooms need serviceing. Young man at counter was doing drive thru and front counter poor guy). We ordered and it seemed like it was everyones day off like no one in a hurry to do anything- exceptthe dude running drive thru and counter and even then he himself could only do so much). Sat down to eat our food and looked up and saw mold from the vent above my head and saw it on 5 other vents. Lost my appetite and left. Hope they do better.
