Haven’t been to DOn Juan’s in a while but let me tell you, they had it together. Food was excellent. Service good. Great authentic Mexican (texmex).

My family and I loved this place and everything about it. Unfortunately, the last couple of times we were in there, everything was terrible. every time our rice was cold, tasteless, muddy and overcooked. they were very liquid, and bore. the salsa was very bland and watery. the chips were very stable. the cheese dive was tasteless and old. the chicken in our meals was completely tasteless, seasonal and undercooked. my dads fajitas were freezing, stale and dry. they looked like they were sitting in a steam table for days. when this was brought out, it was not steaming at all. all steak and huh was dry, tasteless and disgusting. his tears and his ancestors were disgusting and tasted like the rest of us. When some of us asked for new things, our waitress crossed their poor and got very crisp and rude with us. When she asked why we didn't like it, she tried to argue with us about it. we all looked at each other and asked ourselves if we wanted to go somewhere else. we all said immediately that we would not pay for it, all got up and went out. we have decided that we will not return to this place. after that we had all the terrible **** in our munde that remained from eating for the rest of the day. it was terrible.

Food is excellent and they give you more than you can eat. Best Mexican restaurant in Hot Springs

Love this place, Best chili cheese relleno, tamale, rice place ever. Great waitress and waiters also.
