It's good. Better than most other buffets in town. They may sometimes be busy and overwhelmed, which leads to the fact that they do not refill the best foods, but that is not the end of the world. We will definitely visit her again. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about First Wok Buffet:
My first time and I won't go back. Hot springs AR best Chinese restaurant is by far the wok Express. This old food is not fresh and no favor the egg drops soup is clear as favorite water and taste badly also like soap or something. I can't say I enjoyed everything here .close down View all feedback.
It's a good place, definitely better than many other buffets in town. There are times when they can get quite busy and may struggle to keep up, which sometimes results in a delay in refilling the most popular dishes. However, that's not a dealbreaker for us. We will certainly be returning.
This was the worst Chinese buffet I've ever experienced. I'm a big fan of Chinese food and was excited to go with some friends, but the meal was disappointing. The food was cold and not the typical offerings you'd expect at a Chinese buffet. The service was equally poor—no one even asked if we needed refills. I won't be wasting my money here again. I should have taken the empty parking lot as a hint.
I visited for the first time and I won’t be returning. The best Chinese restaurant in Hot Springs, AR is definitely not Wok Express. The food was old, lacking freshness and flavor. The egg drop soup was nearly clear, tasting more like flavored water, and had an unpleasant soapy taste. Overall, I didn’t enjoy anything about my experience here. I think it would be best if they closed down.
My fiancée and I went for the first time a month ago. It was 9:00 and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The dining area is really nice and the buffet?? The best Chinese buffet in Hot Springs! We were worried that there would not be much food this hour, but boy, we were shocked! The whole buffet was completely fresh. The waiter came to us and said if there was something we wanted that wasn't outside, they'd cook, it's fresh for us. They didn't have to, the whole buffet was still full. We have tried a little of everything, including various shrimp dishes, fish, pizza, soups, dozens of Chinese food. As if we were not full enough for the desert, there were several types of cakes, cakes, cookies and hand-cuffed ice cream. I recommended First Wok to all my friends! Excellent experience!
Always love to visit here when we are in Hot Springs! Only safe Chinese restaurant in SW Arkansas(food quality and taste). Great mix of traditional dishes, mixed with a pleasant blend of Japanese/American sushi. Super clean with a newer interior reminiscent of Chinese buffets even in Houston! We will be back when in the area!
