The salad bar was lacking variety (though I understand that’s a broader issue with Ruby Tuesdays, not just this location). I ordered water but ended up retrieving my own bottle because the mug they provided was brown. Additionally, my husband found mold in his mug, which is unacceptable for serving water, regardless of whether it was leftover soda. The steak was quite bland, and this was the first time my dad didn’t take home leftovers. The salad bar also had insufficient labeling, leaving me clueless about the contents of several containers, including some dressings. I won't be reaching out to management to address these issues, so please don’t suggest that. My only request is for the restaurant to improve cleanliness for future guests. After my visit, I noticed several recent reviews mentioning cleanliness, and had those concerns been addressed, my experience today could have been much better.

The service is consistently good, and so is th... read more I've always loved the atmosphere at this particular Ruby Tuesday location. The staff makes you feel very welcome. The service is consistently good, and so is the food. You find yourself wanting to return because everyone is so inviting. Steve at the bar is a fantastic conversationalist and offers outstanding service. Tara, the manager, is wonderful, which is reflected in the quality of the rest of the staff.
