Ruby Tuesday - Horseheads

We popped in for lunch. Was seated right away and they honored our seating request which was super! We had the loveliest server! Her name was Sarah. So sweet!! She was attentive without being pushy so we were able to relax and enjoy our meal. The hubby got the salad bar that he loved!!! Can't wait to go back cause I'm getting it next time! Going to request Sarah again too!!

Delicious food shared with good friends. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, and fast service.

Stopped in for a meal with my family while visiting the area for a golf tournament. Quickly greeted and seated. Excellent waiter from start to finish. Food was absolutely as described and delicious. Great experience overall. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

My husband and I always celebrate special occasions at Ruby Tuesday as we did today 4/12/2023 and we have always been more than pleased with the food service. Today did not turn out to be so pleasant. Our waitress never introduced herself. She wasn't actually rude but we got the impression she'd have rather been anywhere else but there. The chicken tenders is my go-to meal but today it had to be sent back. They had an odd taste which I at first thought might be the dip I asked for but it wasn't so I tried plain ketchup, odd taste still there so I tried one bite just plain and the odd taste was even worse. I came to realise it was the tainted oil they were fried in. The waitress said she had noticed the odd taste herself on occasion. I was offered to choose something else, within reason, of course and she suggested I not get anything fried so I opted for a loaded potato. My hubby always has the salad bar and it was good except for the potato salad. She brought our check, never asking if we wanted dessert or if hubby wanted another beer. As I stated above this was a special to-do and by gosh, I wanted dessert! Waited nearly 20 to 30 minutes for her to return to our table and I Did get the dessert I craved. Don't know if we'll celebrate there again any time soon, sad to say. Change the oil people; rancid is Not good.

Ruby Tuesdays used to have the best salad bar. Not sure if it’s just this location, but the establishment seems to have gone downhill. This particular visit, but things didn’t seem as fresh. Ordered from the kitchen, and everything was a little under cooked. The restaurant was actually a bit filthy. From the salad bar to the bathrooms, everything needs a good scrubbing. Dirt, grease and grime visible around the base of the salad bar, the restroom doors, etc. The place just didn’t feel very clean. Too bad. Used to love going there.
