wanted to add some updated pictures of the place!but, wow! this place is wonderful. I may be biased, but this is my absolute favorite location in the Hopkins area. the atmosphere, the coffee, the staff, the music, the events, the board: literally perfect. plus, this place operates as a chemical free environment. if you're in the area and searching for a cozy, casual, fun coffee shop, I highly recommend the Depot. What Adalberto Nienow doesn't like about Depot Coffee House The Freight Room:
This place was okay. Not up to standard with other coffee shops in surrounding area. The coffee wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great. Ambience was also lacking- it’s a shame because this building so neat! The barista wasn’t very friendly either. Maybe he was having a bad day? I dunno. On to the next coffee shop! View all feedback.
Right off the bike trail, their House made chai mix makes one of the best dirty chais in the cities!
Seating Area and The Freight Room entrance. Quite most days, with free strong wifi it's a great working area.
Love this coffee house. Everyone who works here is friendly. Good coffee.
Good pit stop if biking in the area, very bike friendly.
