It is in serious need of a deep cleaning, as the smell of stale beer from the drip trays lingers in the air. The dirty ceiling panels and limited beer selection contribute to the overall dreary atmosphere.

With travel restrictions lifted, we were eager to return and see our friends at... read more During our two-night stay in Hope last week, we visited 'Kingpin Lounge' twice. With travel restrictions lifted, we were eager to return and see our friends at 'Kingpin'. Unfortunately, many restaurants we had enjoyed before were either closed or only offering takeout. So we ended up dining at 'Kingpin' for two early evening dinners. We chose to sit inside on one occasion and outside on the patio on another, and both times the food and drinks were fantastic. We shared burgers and clubhouse sandwiches, along with cool, refreshing beer and ice water. The portions were generous and the flavours were delicious. We appreciate the staff at 'Kingpin' for adding to our overall enjoyment of our stay in Hope. We hope to visit again soon.
