Triple O's - Hope
Triple O's
Description
On a recent road trip to Kamloops, a stop at this White Spot restaurant left reviewers with mixed feelings. While some found the service frustrating and slow, others enjoyed convenient locations, satisfying meals, and friendly service. Menu items like the Triple O Burger and breakfast sandwiches received positive feedback, with fresh ingredients and efficient service noted. Despite a few hiccups with rude staff members and mix-ups in orders, the overall consensus seems to be that this chain offers decent fast food options for travelers in need of a quick and filling meal.

This is essentially my Google review, but these folks deserve some recognition for their exceptional work, so here it is: On February 12, 2020, I visited this Triple O's around 4 PM to grab a meal. Unfortunately, the employee at the drive-thru was quite rude. When I inquired about the difference between two menu items, he responded by calling me dumb and an idiot for asking such a "silly question." As a result, I decided not to purchase anything from there. If you have a choice, I strongly recommend steering clear of this location; there are other fast-food places nearby that are much more deserving of your patronage. I've never had an experience like this at any other Triple O's before, and I left feeling very disappointed. Thanks to that employee, my day was ruined.
Since the mishap the Retailer contacted me directly and apologized on behalf of his staff and is sending me free gift cards for any Tripe O's location (OH YES OH YES) I am impressed with their management and hope next time I go I will be in Triple O heaven!
The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, food came VERY fast... and it was delicious! Fresh toppings on our burgers. Super clean atmosphere and smiling faces... plus a Mountain View to boot! I definitely would recommend Triple O's in Hope!
If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I absolutely would. It was the middle of August, and we found ourselves stuck in a traffic jam on the highway, so we decided to stop for a bite to eat. There were only three cars ahead of us, yet we waited an astonishing 45 minutes for our food. To make matters worse, the staff weren't wearing gloves while handling the food. I've never been this disappointed with any dining experience, and that's saying a lot considering I've had food poisoning from a restaurant before. This place is a joke. If you're in a hurry, do yourself a favor and keep driving. They didn't even provide any dipping sauces for our fries, onion rings, or chicken strips.
I stopped by Triples O’s for breakfast before heading out to Hope. I really enjoy their breakfast sandwiches. However, this location tends to add a bit too much sauce for my taste. On the bright side, the coffee is always served hot, and the service is consistently good. The Chevron gas station is convenient too, although I did have an issue one night when their card machines wouldn’t accept my debit or credit card, forcing me to go to the station across the street. Because of that experience, I’d give the gas station no stars for that evening, but overall it’s a decent spot during the day.
