Stopped here for the first time as we do not have this chain in Manitoba yet. We there for breakfast and they had excellent breakfast sandwiches. Better than all the other fast food chains by far. They had about five different sandwiches to choose from and the Sunny Start with bacon was excellent. Give this place a go if you haven't tried it . Hope we get one in Manitoba soon . I went in for a quick burger on a Tuesday afternoon around 3pm. First thing I noticed was a filthy restaurant. Secondly, there was only 1 employee working between Dine in cashier, drive thru cashier as well as working the kitchen? He was trying his best to keep up but was clearly overwhelmed. I stopped in again (last time was in 2011) The food was good and fresh. I had the Chipotle burger.
I know this is a gas station restaurant but I had never been disappointed by a white spot restaurant before.
Terrible service and unbelievably slow. I waited 10 minutes to order with only two people in front of me and then 15 for the food to come. I also watched the cashier who was organizing my food drop one of the chicken fingers on the counter and grab it and put it back in the back, all without washing her hands between handling money. Gross.
This is essentially my Google review, but these folks deserve some recognition for their exceptional work, so here it is: On February 12, 2020, I visited this Triple O's around 4 PM to grab a meal. Unfortunately, the employee at the drive-thru was quite rude. When I inquired about the difference between two menu items, he responded by calling me dumb and an idiot for asking such a "silly question." As a result, I decided not to purchase anything from there. If you have a choice, I strongly recommend steering clear of this location; there are other fast-food places nearby that are much more deserving of your patronage. I've never had an experience like this at any other Triple O's before, and I left feeling very disappointed. Thanks to that employee, my day was ruined.
