Sheba's
Description
Nestled in Hope, this family-friendly restaurant boasts a warm atmosphere and a menu that caters to diverse tastes. While many dishes are praised for their generous portions and delightful flavors—like the chicken Alfredo and fried catfish—some diners noted inconsistencies, with certain items lacking freshness. Service is generally friendly, though preparation times can be slow, reflecting occasional staffing challenges. Seasonal desserts are a highlight, including a well-received hummingbird cake. For those exploring local dining, this spot offers comfort food and a cozy ambiance, making it a worthy stop during your travels through the area.

We love a good “local” café. Sheba didn't disappoint! You know the joy that comes over you when you taste your first bite and really recognize the cook, really knows their stuff! The crushed chicken was perfectly seasoned before cooking and was tender, did you not hate a chicken roasted over cooked chicken? Don't worry. Sheba has you! Dangerous chicken breast, but the perfect snack on the bread crust. Yeah, that's gonna be a new stop in I-30 for us.
On vacation our family loves trying Mom Pop type locations. My husband found this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We really enjoyed our meal it was great and the waitress was nice and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
The food was quick and tasteful and the service was friendly. We got the special Burrito bowl and the chicken Alfredo grilled with roasted chicken instead, both were delicious and satisfied with good portions. We tried the brownie with ice cream for dessert and it was pretty good, but I'm not sure the brownie was cooked completely or maybe it's just a different kind of brownie than I used to, but it still had a good taste. Overall a good choice for the satisfaction of food from a local venue.
I ordered dinner and my wife ordered breakfast. Great food and big portions. Can't wait to try something else on the menu. Not many options in Hope except Fast Food and Mexican. My only criticism is too many stems in the vegetables. But everything tasted great.
In town for a couple days and this is our go to place for food. Food is delicious. I will say the 2 times we went it seemed as they were short staffed or someone didn't show up. The servers were busting their butts trying to make sure everything was going good. Nice place to sit and enjoy your meal.
