Subway
Description
This Subway location offers generally fresh and tasty food with quick service in a clean environment. Several staff members are notably friendly and professional, contributing to positive dining experiences. However, inconsistency in order accuracy and occasional uncomfortable customer interactions have been reported, especially in the drive-thru and during busy times. Some delays arose due to service policies, and certain customer encounters were marred by inappropriate comments and distractions among staff members. Despite these issues, many patrons appreciated the attentive team members who ensured a pleasant visit. Overall, while the food quality remains reliable, customer service experiences vary widely at this restaurant.

We were served by two girls during our visit. The first girl was nice, kind, and professional. However, the second girl, who had shells on the ends of her braids, made an inappropriate comment as my brother, my husband, and I walked into Choo Choo. She directed her remark to an older lady who also worked there but was waiting for her ride, implying something derogatory about my company with two men. Given the context of our visit—being new to Texas and not knowing this girl at all—it was a hurtful and immature comment that had no basis in any personal interaction. As the first girl began taking our order, the second girl continued to laugh and gossip. When the first girl asked for my order, the second girl interrupted me, stating, "You hear what I said," to which the first girl agreed with her, saying I should go to the back. While our food was good, the atmosphere was uncomfortable for all of us. The comments made were outright hurtful and inappropriate. Additionally, we didn’t receive a receipt, and I plan to email Subway as soon as I finish this review. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience, I strongly suggest you avoid this Subway, as we certainly were not treated well here.
It's a typical Subway, but the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The store was clean, and the food was prepared quickly. Overall, it was a great experience.
This is a story with a positive ending. When we arrived, they were busy preparing an online order. The lady who was supposed to assist us didn’t seem very enthusiastic. Instead of saying, "Just a minute, we’ll be with you shortly," she continued making sandwiches before finally helping us. However, once other employees took over, the experience improved significantly. They engaged with us and made sure we were well taken care of. I understand being busy, but a little consideration goes a long way. We weren’t in a hurry—we were on vacation. So, thanks to everyone who was kind, and a special shoutout to the woman who complimented my wife’s hair—great job! And the food was excellent!
I'm a frequent Subway customer, and I stopped by the drive-thru this morning. Unfortunately, my wrap wasn't made as I asked. The meat and cheese were cold, and they missed adding the vegetables I requested. On top of that, they put the wrong dressing on it. If you want your order properly made, I suggest going inside.
It took 15 minutes to get through the drive-through for a pick-up order! When I asked why it took so long, since I only saw one sandwich given to the person ahead of me, they said a customer was complaining about the size of the turkey slices. I suggested they ask her to come inside to resolve it, but they said they weren't allowed to. Dear Subway management: don’t let customers holding up the drive-through cause delays, or this issue will keep happening!
