Left and came back at 9:45 still lock... read more Wanted to eat inside but at 9 am they were locked so I called they said they were short staffed and would be open at 9:30. Left and came back at 9:45 still locked. Still understaffed If I've never worked with only 2 people with an open dining room in a Wendy's myself I would probably understand but I can see at least 4 people inside. These people don't want to work but are being paid $16 am hr to start. This place is useless.

Waste of my money and I honestly want to puke. Please make sure y’all keep ur hair out of peoples food, I don’t want to eat other peoples hair or hair in general that’s gross .

They gave me a new batch but don't claim they are better than ever if you are still going to serve fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. This is the 2nd time this happened to me.

I went into this wendys yesterday on 2/19/22 and it was busy I was picking up a doordash order I went to pick it up were it says pickup mobile orders I said I'm... read more I went into this wendys yesterday on 2/19/22 and it was busy I was picking up a doordash order I went to pick it up were it says pickup mobile orders I said I'm here for doordash picking up for now shmo the old man that was at the counter told me I had to get into line to get a dash order...no no no that customer who ordered ordered before all 15 people in line I was in there and the service was the worst I've ever seen and ive been in alot of Wendy's I was a crew leader for wendys 15 yrs ago no one there cared about service they acted like they disnt want to be there if I was a manager every single person that was there yesterday at 2pm in afternoon would be fired

However, the y... read more The restaurant was a bit messy with no straws, napkins, and lids scattered around. The soda machine was not working. My classic burger was soggy. However, the young girl working behind the counter was friendly and attentive. She was the only one who cleaned up and stood up when we approached. I wish I knew her name!
