I had been informed that there would be a note, but there wasn’t one. The opening was delayed due to a staff shortage. I was supposed to be let in, but no one made any effort to assist me. I knocked and honked to see what was happening, but received no response until a woman appeared and asked if I wanted to fill out an application. She then told me they were not going to serve me. I had a far better conversation with a different employer. That woman needs to be fired.

If I had to hear "we don’... read more Honestly, the Saturday night staff was terrible. They seemed completely uninterested. A little pride in your work would go a long way. If I had to hear "we don’t have that" one more time, I might have lost it. This place has really gone downhill. I’m removing it from my list of go-to restaurants, and I used to be a loyal customer!

We en... read more We placed an online order to avoid the wait at the drive-thru, but when we arrived, we found the lobby closed and the doors locked due to staffing issues. We ended up waiting a full hour in the drive-thru just to pick up our pre-paid order, which had been sitting and was ice cold by the time we got it. If you can't serve warm food, then you should stop taking orders and close your doors. Additionally, if you can’t support expedited pickup as advertised online, then online ordering shouldn't be an option. There was no way to cancel our order or request a refund. This experience was absolutely terrible! I would give it ZERO STARS!
