There are really nice here and they want to work and if they forget something in the bag, they will replace it again the only thing I don't like is that the order must go ahead and get it on I have a hard time to go and would rather get through drive throu like DD and other fast food sites, says u simply, it means the app is u and they get ur order for u

Cashier was rude and Order was missing items I had paid for and dining room was closed and drive through was 8 deep so I couldn't get the missing items or money back

Food's good but man... I'm pretty sure the guy taking my order in the drive thru was also the guy that took our money AND made all the food... really the only excuse for service to be so slow. I dont think I've ever been waited in a drive thru line for 45 mins. Kind of ridiculous.

I usually don't review fast food restaurants, but that was a few times in a row, now I was very dissatisfied with this particular location. These aren't back, I usually give it a few months before I make another attempt. Either the commands are routinely wrong, the food is almost always cold, a few times it is not completely out of popular menu items, and the soda seems always flat. I give up, hurry and close this place so that we get a competent chain like Popeyes to replace it.

The restaurant has garnered mixed reviews, highlighting significant issues with customer service and food quality. Many patrons express frustration over long wait times, unprofessional management, and subpar food, including stale biscuits and old chicken. While some staff members are noted for their friendliness and willingness to rectify mistakes, the lack of an efficient drive-thru option for order pickups remains a major drawback. Overall, the establishment appears to struggle with consistency in both service delivery and food freshness, leaving many loyal customers dissatisfied and reconsidering their choice to return. Tried to get 8pc bucket arnd 5:15 pm and they didn't have enough chic to fill order.. was going to b at least 30min wait... we left... second time that has happened Tere were 2 people sitting waiting 4order and 4 people in line behind us Who doesn'thave enough fd ready 2go during dinner time Ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous. I had been informed that there would be a note, but there wasn’t one. The opening was delayed due to a staff shortage. I was supposed to be let in, but no one made any effort to assist me. I knocked and honked to see what was happening, but received no response until a woman appeared and asked if I wanted to fill out an application. She then told me they were not going to serve me. I had a far better conversation with a different employer. That woman needs to be fired.

Honestly, the Saturday night staff was terrible. They seemed completely uninterested. A little pride in your work would go a long way. If I had to hear "we don’t have that" one more time, I might have lost it. This place has really gone downhill. I’m removing it from my list of go-to restaurants, and I used to be a loyal customer!

We placed an online order to avoid the wait at the drive-thru, but when we arrived, we found the lobby closed and the doors locked due to staffing issues. We ended up waiting a full hour in the drive-thru just to pick up our pre-paid order, which had been sitting and was ice cold by the time we got it. If you can't serve warm food, then you should stop taking orders and close your doors. Additionally, if you can’t support expedited pickup as advertised online, then online ordering shouldn't be an option. There was no way to cancel our order or request a refund. This experience was absolutely terrible! I would give it ZERO STARS!

I wish I could leave 0 stars! We will never never go KFC again...each and every time they get the orders wrong, food is terrible and most importantly the staff and manager are rude and argumentative! We live 15 minutes away..my husband ordered 16pc mealoriginal with 2 mashed and 2 mac n cheeses...he brought it home and there were 3 coleslaw and 1 mashed! All drumsticks and extracrispy! Like nothing was right! He drove back there and the MANAGER wanted to know why he waited so long to come back???? It was20 minutes because that's how long it takes to drive back...arguing with him instead of an apology and offer to correct? We gota refund and will never never go back! This place needs to be shut down!!
