This place has the worst staff I have ever encountered. The manager, Jessica, is one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever dealt with. I wish I could give zero stars.

Would leave them zero Stars if I could absolutely unprofessional the biscuits were a week old and the chicken had tiny little worms under the skin most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my life how could this place be a restaurant that's open for business stay away avoid at all cost manager laughed as if it was funny it's better to shut this place down then hire employees that don't care although I am a fan of this franchise it seems like this franchise is going downhill fast utterly gross

The 3-piece Original Recipe dinner was the worst chicken I've ever had. The chicken was undercooked, with fatty lumps still under the skin. However, the side bowls at our table were good.

If I could, I would give this KFC zero stars. My experiences here have been nothing but disappointing. Despite giving them several chances, I’ve been let down every time. Once, I ordered through DoorDash, and they actually closed while the driver was waiting in the drive-through for an hour. This place really should be shut down. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, and whenever I pass by on my way to the nearby pizza place or bank, I see groups of people outside chatting and smoking for long periods. It’s clear they prioritize themselves over their customers. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of action from corporate or management to address these issues is frustrating. Avoid this location at all costs and let it close for good.

I had a terrible experience at this KFC. A staff member spent almost 20 minutes on her phone while there was a long line both inside and in the drive-thru. When she finally prepared my sandwich, she added way too much mayonnaise. When I pointed it out, she started crying and told me I could leave, but I chose to stay and wait. On top of that, the restaurant was not very clean. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Honestly, the Saturday night staff was terrible. They seemed completely uninterested. A little pride in your work would go a long way. If I had to hear "we don’t have that" one more time, I might have lost it. This place has really gone downhill. I’m removing it from my list of go-to restaurants, and I used to be a loyal customer!

We placed an online order to avoid the wait at the drive-thru, but when we arrived, we found the lobby closed and the doors locked due to staffing issues. We ended up waiting a full hour in the drive-thru just to pick up our pre-paid order, which had been sitting and was ice cold by the time we got it. If you can't serve warm food, then you should stop taking orders and close your doors. Additionally, if you can’t support expedited pickup as advertised online, then online ordering shouldn't be an option. There was no way to cancel our order or request a refund. This experience was absolutely terrible! I would give it ZERO STARS!

I wish I could leave 0 stars! We will never never go KFC again...each and every time they get the orders wrong, food is terrible and most importantly the staff and manager are rude and argumentative! We live 15 minutes away..my husband ordered 16pc mealoriginal with 2 mashed and 2 mac n cheeses...he brought it home and there were 3 coleslaw and 1 mashed! All drumsticks and extracrispy! Like nothing was right! He drove back there and the MANAGER wanted to know why he waited so long to come back???? It was20 minutes because that's how long it takes to drive back...arguing with him instead of an apology and offer to correct? We gota refund and will never never go back! This place needs to be shut down!!

Absolutely ridiculous. I had been informed that there would be a note, but there wasn’t one. The opening was delayed due to a staff shortage. I was supposed to be let in, but no one made any effort to assist me. I knocked and honked to see what was happening, but received no response until a woman appeared and asked if I wanted to fill out an application. She then told me they were not going to serve me. I had a far better conversation with a different employer. That woman needs to be fired.

Tried to get 8pc bucket arnd 5:15 pm and they didn't have enough chic to fill order.. was going to b at least 30min wait... we left... second time that has happened Tere were 2 people sitting waiting 4order and 4 people in line behind us Who doesn'thave enough fd ready 2go during dinner time Ridiculous
