Dunkin' - HOOKSETT
Dunkin'
Description
Nestled within a Circle K, this Dunkin' has garnered mixed reviews, highlighting significant inconsistencies in both product quality and customer service. Patrons frequently report inaccuracies in their orders, with complaints about rude staff and lengthy wait times exacerbating the experience. While some enjoy seasonal flavors and occasional friendly service, others find the atmosphere stifling due to poor air conditioning. The drive-thru often has long lines, yet the coffee remains a redeeming feature, praised for its taste. With management needing to address service quality and comfort, this location struggles to meet the Dunkin' standard customers expect.

I've been coming to this Dunkin' for a few months now, and only one employee has been polite and respectful. The rest have been really rude. My orders are often wrong, and when I ask for them to be fixed, I usually get attitude. At this point, I don’t even bother requesting corrections anymore. I just hope the orders would be more accurate or, at the very least, that the staff would treat customers with kindness.
This is easily the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The quality of their products is incredibly inconsistent. I order a coffee with two skim milks, and more often than not, they end up putting cream or regular milk instead. Today, they had to remake my coffee three times. The last version they handed me just had whipped cream on top! Seriously?! If I were the young guy at the drive-thru, I would be giving those employees a serious talking to. Do you see what the label says? Just follow that! It's not that difficult!
It's just like any other Dunkin'! As always, it's quite busy. Situated inside a Circle K, the drive-thru provides satisfactory service, although the trash cans could definitely use some attention. I had no trouble using my gift card from my phone. I picked up five munchkins to enjoy with my coffee. If you're in a rush, you might find it quicker to go inside, as there's usually a line of cars at the drive-thru—after all, it's Dunkin'!
The temperature inside the restaurant was uncomfortably high. I know it's warm outside, but I struggled to enjoy my coffee and sandwich without sweating! I can only imagine how tough it must be for the employees working in those conditions. The management really needs to consider installing some air conditioning!
