He made me laugh a ton while placing my... read more Went to this DD yesterday on my way home, and the man who took my order was super funny, attentive and beyond courteous. He made me laugh a ton while placing my 30 second order and when I got to the window, he continued to joke around and make me laugh. I wish I caught his name! My coffee was made perfectly, and my sandwich was too! Thank you to the staff there, y?all are great!

The trash can looked dirty and was cove... read more Once, when I got to the payment window, there was a trash can sitting on the counter where they normally place our food. The trash can looked dirty and was covered in some kind of goo. When it was time to hand me my order, they just removed the trash can without cleaning the counter first. Also, I once asked if I could pay for the two cars behind me since I knew them, but the employee declined, saying they were too busy, which I found odd. On the bright side, they typically get my order right, so I’m giving it 2 stars.

Interestingly, after trying it, the other person shared my opinion. Nonetheless, I would definitely be willing to return to this Dunkin' again.
