The restaurant was tidy, and the service was prompt. My companion had no issues, but I found my coffee to be somewhat diluted. Interestingly, after trying it, the other person shared my opinion. Nonetheless, I would definitely be willing to return to this Dunkin' again.
This Dunkin' can be hit or miss. I think they train their staff on-site, which can occasionally cause delays. However, during my recent visit, they were fast and processed my large order perfectly.
Once, when I got to the payment window, there was a trash can sitting on the counter where they normally place our food. The trash can looked dirty and was covered in some kind of goo. When it was time to hand me my order, they just removed the trash can without cleaning the counter first. Also, I once asked if I could pay for the two cars behind me since I knew them, but the employee declined, saying they were too busy, which I found odd. On the bright side, they typically get my order right, so I’m giving it 2 stars.

This Dunkin' can be inconsistent. It seems they train staff here, which can sometimes lead to delays. However, during my most recent visit, they were quick and managed to get a large order completely correct.
The restaurant was clean and cozy, with beautiful furnishings. The order was taken quickly, and everything was fantastic!
Went to this DD yesterday on my way home, and the man who took my order was super funny, attentive and beyond courteous. He made me laugh a ton while placing my 30 second order and when I got to the window, he continued to joke around and make me laugh. I wish I caught his name! My coffee was made perfectly, and my sandwich was too! Thank you to the staff there, y?all are great!
Hot Coffee DnD is always my go-to spot. It's $30 cheaper than Starbucks and much quicker, getting my order ready in just 20 minutes!
Excellent service and delicious flavors. It’s unfortunate that the speaker faces the traffic, making it difficult for employees to hear some orders. I hope customers remember that they are human too. Despite being yelled at and treated disrespectfully sometimes, the staff remain kind and always happily remake drinks without any trouble. Love this Dunkin'!
