How hard is it to make a medium FV ICED COFFEE W/ SUGAR, SKIM MILK AND A TURBO SHOT?!?! Oh I guess it's the listening and paying attention part that is hard!!!
Everyone since I left those dunkins, nobody knows how to make coffee?
Go somewhere else like the aroma joes. the workers here are incapable and annoying to do with, except for Mary, who is great, but only in the early morning.
Once, when I got to the payment window, there was a trash can sitting on the counter where they normally place our food. The trash can looked dirty and was covered in some kind of goo. When it was time to hand me my order, they just removed the trash can without cleaning the counter first. Also, I once asked if I could pay for the two cars behind me since I knew them, but the employee declined, saying they were too busy, which I found odd. On the bright side, they typically get my order right, so I’m giving it 2 stars.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a drink today and noticed something floating in it. When I got to work and poured the drink out, I discovered a dead mouse in the cup. I will never return to Dunkin Donuts!
