They have a predetermined tasting menu, meaning you don’t select what you taste, but the flavors are so distinctive that you’ll be eager to try their selections regardless. I ended up taking home a bottle of Wild Blue and Autumn Harvest.

Be sure to try their blueberry wine with friends without revealing that it's a fruit wine—it's fun to watch their surprised reactions after they rave about it! Their Apple Cranberry wine is also fantastic with turkey and other poultry dishes—it was a perfect match for the holiday season. I just returned from another visit where they had some new wines to sample, so we ended up leaving with three new bottles to add to our collection. There are so many delightful wines to explore and so little time!

While I t... read more During National Drink Wine Weekend, we tried several wines at Copper Beech Winery, and two of our favorites were Wicked Strawberry and Rich Raspberry. While I tend to favor sweet red wines, the winery had an impressive selection that included varieties like Country Crabapple, Fresh Peach, and Kiwi Passion.
