The popular ice cream of the woman on the island. Syrup is made with real fruits and aromas. Haupia is a bomb. Also their lunch bowls (poor, beef and Oyako don) are Winnahs. Reminds me of a sweet hole in the wall in Japan. View all feedback.
Never a bad court here. Some of the best Japanese Bentoteller lunch in Hawaii. It's also cheap. What Frills lacks is more than in high-quality food and attention to detail when cooking.
Great place. They have significantly reduced their menu though to only three items. Don't worry, the pork bowl is still on the menu. Don't pass up the shave ice, it is fab!
Omfg that pork bowl. My tempura egg was a little over cooked so the yolk wasn't runny...I've featured those style eggs on a menu before and they are hard to nail but damn if the sauce and the pork belly didn't make up for it to the point of no care.
Only thing you need to get here is the pork bowls! So delicious when you top it off with Sriracha. Just ask the friendly workers for it.
Ono pork bowls and the tempura soft boiled egg is the winnah. Are they still closed though?
