If I could give them zero star I would....All I have to say is this place has the worst customer service especially the white girl that somewhat helped me...Her attitude was terrible....Whoever is he owner of this location u need to pay attention the kind of people u hire becuz it really affects ur business but if u don't care and only care about making profit then won't happen.....I will not ever come back except I will just past on the word that this location is by far the worst...

Decent service and sandwiches, despite other negative reviews. I guess I always go there at a good time.

This is a standard Subway shop with regualr menu. Plenty of students stop here for a quick sandwich.

Most of my online orders are made while I am about 15 to 20 minutes away from the restaurant, heading towards Manoa Marketplace. The ordering process takes about 15 minutes, so my food is usually ready by the time I arrive. It is recommended to place your order as soon as it opens to ensure a timely pickup. The mobile ordering system is easy to use and a big time saver. My experiences at this Subway location have been quick and efficient, with friendly service. The restaurant is clean with a nice ambiance, and there are both indoor and outdoor seating options available. The menu offers a variety of sandwich options, with the ability to customize your order. I personally switched to healthier options like turkey and ham due to the processed meats in other sandwiches. I have found that making healthier choices has made a difference in my weight loss journey. The Subway app also offers a loyalty program, allowing customers to earn points for discounts on future purchases. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I forgot to order a sandwich earlier in the day, so I returned before closing time at 8 PM. However, when I arrived at 7:45 PM, the restaurant was already closed. It seemed like they were shutting down early due to slow business. I won't be returning to this restaurant, even though I live nearby.
