I was there to ask if I coul... read more Stopped by around 2PM on 3/21 and the female cashier did not greet us. She seemed as though she was bothered that we were in there. I was there to ask if I could purchase 20 mustard and mayo packets to add to my bags as we were feeding the homeless. Idid not want any handouts. I am okay with her not selling me the packets however her customer service skills are lacking.

The... read more I wish I could give this place zero stars. Arriving just 10 minutes before closing, I felt like I was being treated as though I had done something terrible. The service was rude, and the employees displayed such a negative attitude without any apparent oversight. You’re making sandwiches for a living, and the hours are posted for a reason. If you're open until closing time, you should maintain a positive attitude until then. Management really needs to retrain the staff.

I tried to o... read more I've visited Subway three times now and each experience has been disappointing. The staff were rude, treating serving me like an inconvenient task. I tried to order online, but the website incorrectly stated they closed at 6 when they were actually open until 7. Additionally, I attempted to use the BOGO offer advertised on their menu, but they refused to honor it. Three strikes and I'm done!
