I frequently visit this hospital since both of my family members are patients here. The staff is fantastic, and my doctor is excellent; I wouldn't consider switching medical providers unless something truly significant occurred. I would really hate to lose access to such wonderful doctors. Although driving into town for specialist appointments can be a hassle, I would do it a thousand times over for their care. My appointments can sometimes run long, but my doctor always takes the time to listen to me; I never feel rushed or pushed aside for the next patient. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment time, if at all. The King St facility has everything you need, especially if you live nearby, and as a straw member, there are facilities available all over the island. Parking is reasonable, and I always manage to find a spot.
The staff here is so warm and welcoming! April is so attentive and so on! I had to get a titer and immunization, and Jasmine the MA was very efficient and precise. My whole experience was 5 stars.
