Every dish h... read more Celebrated my birthday at Senia last month while vacationing on Oahu. To say it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had would be an understatement. Every dish hit it out of the park but we were particularly impressed with the Bone Marrow. They give you everything you need to create what is essentially a Bone Marrow Taco (on a Hawaiian Roll) and it was one of the most delicious plates I’ve had in my life. The only course that missed the mark for us was dessert but we don’t go out to eat for the dessert so it wasn’t a big deal. The service was excellent and we loved sitting at the Chef’s Table and watching all the action. I don’t know when, but we will return! 5 stars!

Small comment on the drink menu, as wine list, in my opinion, should be better snd bigger.

Even though a few dishes were sold out, the ones I did try were delicious. It reminded me of the dining experience I had in Italy. I highly recommend trying this place if you're on Oahu. Absolutely fantastic. 11/10.
