We had a great time at Quiora. The food was delicious and the view is awesome. We had the ravioli and the rigatoni. Both dishes tasted great, the ravioli pasta was a bit undercooked but the lobster filling was great. The servers were really attentive andknowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice dinner.
Cannot recommend enough. If you?re wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of busy Waikiki then this is the perfect place. It?s nice and quiet, has great views and the service was outstanding shout out to Cat for being great at her job. Not to mention, the food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced.
Quiora is one of a few restaurants located on the Ritz-Carlton property in Waikiki Honolulu Hawaii. As expected the ambiance, taste of the meals, desserts and server were absolutely superb. Our exceptional server Katie B was politely attentive, professional, very descriptive and knowledgeable of every item on the menu and guided us on our choices for lunch. We forgot totake photos of the meal but did remember before eating dessert. Also highly important to us are that restrooms for restaurant asshown by photos, are attended to regularly.
I was surprised to find out that the restaurant was outdoors and it was a bit cold. One of the dishes I ordered with shrimp still had the whole head on it, which I don't prefer, and it wasn't as spicy as I had anticipated. The service was alright, but towards the end, it felt like the staff wasn't paying as much attention and it took a long time to receive our bill.
We ordered the Brussels Sprouts Fritti, Smoked Ahi Dip, Hirabara Mixed Green Salad, and Spaghetti Carbonara with Lobster. Unfortunately, none of the dishes had much flavor. The Brussels sprouts were overcharred and practically fell apart in my mouth. The smoked ahi dip lacked any smoky taste, although the bread served with it was excellent. The salad was quite basic and unremarkable, while the carbonara was overly salty. Once the sun went behind the building, the view was lovely. I recommend making reservations 20 minutes before sunset to avoid being blinded by the sun. The staff was friendly and attentive.
