I particularly enjoy the tropical butters (like mango and papaya, which are fantastic on toast or croissants), the coconut syrup (perfect on rice), and the bao. Sometimes they even have pork chops, while other times you might find the bao available in layers without filling. Both options are delicious! When in season, they also offer fresh lychee and papaya, which are delightful. If you're staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel, I highly recommend experiencing this breakfast at least once. Plus, the restaurant boasts a wonderful view!

The food here is delicious, and the customer service is excellent. However, I want to point out that if you order an omelet from the Omelet Station, you will incur extra charges. This is because it no longer counts as a continental breakfast and instead falls under the American breakfast category. They don't inform you of this, so just be mindful when you receive your bill.

What stands out the most is the Asian food section, particularly the Japanese offerings like miso soup and natto (fermented soybeans). There are also some traditional Chinese breakfast items, which include rice porridge, steamed buns, pickled vegetables, and roasted rice with Guangdong sausage. The authentic Chinese dishes, such as delicate Shanghai-style dumplings, fried dough sticks, and Taiwanese crispy pork floss, are a true highlight. However, one of the most distinctive items is preserved eggs, which have a strong flavor that can be off-putting for some. It’s similar to how some people perceive stinky cheese. Personally, I’ve missed this dish for many years. While the selection may not be extensive, the taste of the food is genuinely representative of Chinese cuisine. For many Americans, their idea of 'Chinese' food might be limited to what Panda Express offers, but this buffet provides a much more authentic experience that is worth trying.

I thought it was a pretty decent buffet. You have an Omelette Station, Asian breakfast items and a number of other treats. The view here is quite epic.
