I w... read more I visited their drive-thru about 20 minutes before they were about to close (which is a major faux pas in the restaurant industry... they/we hate that lol). I was pleasantly surprised to find that they still had all of the menu items available! The drive-thru employee was very pleasant and my food was fresh. I am giving 4 stars only because of the location and parking situation. Access from the busy King Street is a bit difficult due to the lack of prominent signage, making it easy to miss the entrance. Additionally, there are stalls positioned too close to the drive-thru, making it challenging for cars to maneuver without hitting parked vehicles. Nonetheless, I have visited this place about a dozen times and the food is always neatly packed, fresh, and served in generous portions.

PandaExp had just enough left of the items for my 3 orders so it was a quick no wait process. As I left a line of 10 people had accumulated outside where as when I'd entered no body was waiting behind me. Like they say: Timing is everything!

I noticed two employees picking their noses while idly standing around, and they didn't wash their hands before helping customers. Even with only three people in line, they rushed us through our orders. Overall, it was a terrible experience!
