North Shore Tacos - Honolulu

Absolutely amazing tacos! The woman mentioned it was the best food she had on the island. It might just be the best taco I've ever had. The seating area has a great atmosphere too. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that it was quite pricey for a small portion. If it were more affordable, I would have eaten there every day!

Had a chance to try several different dishes. My most favourite one is beef nachos, big portion (too big for me : with juicy toppings and really good signature sauce that I haven't had anywhere else. I also had fish nachos, they were mediocre, the meat was little dry, even though not bad, didn't specifally enjoy it. The service is nice and helpful.

If you prefer your tacos without a lot of embellishments, this is the perfect spot for you. I've heard great things about the fish tacos. I tried a chicken taco along with some chips and salsa, and while they were tasty, I need to sample more items from the menu before forming a final opinion. The service, however, was outstanding.

Delicious fish tacos and fantastic pork tacos. The authentic Mexican salsa reminds me of what I used to enjoy in LA. My wife mentioned it was one of our favorite meals during our visit. There’s outdoor seating with picnic tables just a block from the beach.

Absolutely delicious American style mexican food! I had a chicken burrito, which was a really big portion. Super cheesy, the pulled chicken inside was delicious and it was perfectly spicy. The guacamole that came on the side was also some of the best I've ever tasted. I'll be ordering extra guac next time. Friendly guy working made the burrito on the spot and without having to wait too long. Easially the best mexican in Waikiki.
