Myungrang Hot Dog - Honolulu

This was my very first experience trying these roasted cheese "hot dogs"! I've seen so many people enjoying them online, so I had to give it a shot and ordered the simple Mozzarella cheese. The bread is delightful and doesn't need any additional sauce. The sweetness gives it a flavor reminiscent of a cheese-filled Malasada, which is actually quite enjoyable!

My first visit to the restaurant was great! The line was very short and well organized, with a clear display showing my position in line. It cost around $13 for two dishes—a classic and a potato dish—and both were absolutely delicious. Just make sure to bring your vaccination card if you want to dine in.

I tried the Flaming Cheetah Maishund, which was topped with Flaming Cheeto crumbs and served with a spicy mayo sauce, and the Messy Kinako, sprinkled with kinako (roasted soybean flour) and drizzled with condensed milk. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! If you have a sweet tooth, the Kinako is definitely for you.

That's a pretty nice idea. Think of imagination or unique corn dogs. You can use various centers or mixed (Hot Dog, Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese). They also choose different outsides, this is half cheddar, half mozzarella, deep fried with potato outside. You got some sauces too. I tried and shared it with the woman.

These are a must have! The original is amazing, and I keep coming back for more! I highly recommend this little stand in the food court. It is worth the money and worth the trip it might take to get there. I can't wait to go get another one.
