The Grandmakase course at this restaurant is a delightful experience for fans of delicate flavors, subtle Asian fusion, and local influences. The sea snails with butter sauce were so delicious that they practically begged to be eaten with the brioche, and the shaved ice interpretation left diners wishing it was more widely available on the island. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the Omakase as we were three people. Did the mezzanine option and overall it was okay. I guess we were looking for the wow experience we got at Bar Leather Apron, their sister bar, but it was nowhere near. In my humble experience the drinks and the food were overpriced for the quality. Service was however pretty good. View all feedback.
Only few months from this write open, but so a ripe menu. beautiful pairing of dips and cocktails. just sit back and enjoy the tasting menu that the team takes care of every detail.
Try the seared scallop topped with caviar!Potato croquettes that remind you of hash browns, but with a decadent uni and potato purée and sweet soy to slather on top.Triple-seared wagyu beef with lettuce and perilla leaves to wrap it in.End with shaved ice!

Relaxed atmosphere with modern accents. The servers were friendly and well versed in their culinary knowledge. The Omakase menu was a delightful. Enough to satiate your taste buds as well as your belly. The cocktail pairing is highly recommended. These tasty concoctions truly compliment each dish. The old fashioned with the Hibiki Harmony was my favorite. Best prepared scallops I have had in ages. Seared to perfection. We also added the wagyu and tried the duck. Both were amazing. That sweet potato with the duck was savory with a sweet brulée crunch. After your meal try to get a seat in the lounge upstairs and have a few libations to finish the night.
One of the best meals ever, amazing presentation and flavors
