I ordered lunch through Uber Eats and chose the Chizazz combo, but the delivery person informed me that they were out of cheese for the Chizazz, so it was repla... read more I ordered lunch through Uber Eats and chose the Chizazz combo, but the delivery person informed me that they were out of cheese for the Chizazz, so it was replaced with a chicken sandwich. I was really disappointed. Additionally, if you can't sell certain items in Hawaii, you shouldn't advertise them on Uber Eats. I also ordered cole slaw, but it was missing from my order. Overall, I am very frustrated with KFC. This experience has reinforced my preference for Popeyes. KFC, please do better!

I couldn't believe it... read more I haven't even left the restaurant yet, but I felt compelled to write this review because of how rude the cashier was to a Korean couple. I couldn't believe it was happening in Hawaii, a place with such a diverse Asian community. The couple came in to pick up their order and provided the name, but the cashier kept loudly insisting on an "ENGLISH NAME," as if they were expected to provide a different name for their order. This happened multiple times until the man noticed their order was ready and, with his limited English, informed the cashier that it was packaged and ready to go. She responded sarcastically with, "Is it correct? Ok. Thank youuuuuu," as they left. I find this behavior appalling. The staff was speaking loudly among themselves in their own language and yelling while taking orders, which made the atmosphere feel more like a middle school cafeteria. I had been craving KFC, but now I'm regretting my decision before even tasting the food.

I just quit Kfc this location in particular. The general manager name is Rose. She hires all family members and they’re all Micronesian. I felt very left out and very uncomfortable. She kept hiring their cousins sister’s brothers and going against policy! I really hope that the HR looking into all this and really do something about it. The only one that wasn’t brothers and sisters or cousins was me and another shift leader, which was she was a Filipino lady. Other than that they quit making chicken at 7 PM every night and they’re open till 10pm I deny customers due to the fact they don’t have chicken They should have their product until they close at 10 PM not stop cooking three hours before the restaurant closes! Very unprofessional I don’t recommend this place. Oh I almost forgot to say All the staff member steal Food and eat every day! Absolutely disgusting!
