You have 2 locations, one in front of the hotel and the other the exit to the beach. Hours are only from 6 am to 2 pm. They have similar styles of serving hot and cold coffee compared to larger coffee chains. They also serve breakfast items and also some bakeries. The staff is friendly and the service is quite fast. Delicious coffee (black) better than Starbucks. But I don't really drink Starbucks soooo..
Fantastic acai bowls! Staff is very friendly, prices a bit high but that is to be expected given the location. Access is easy from the beach, and they do accept mobile payments.
Excellent coffee shop. Tasty coffee and the best açaí bowls. The step outside to the pier on Waikiki beach and watch breathtaking views while enjoying great drink and food

One of the primary reasons I'm choosing to stay at the Sheraton is the outstanding coffee and impeccable customer service. Whether they are busy or it's a quieter day, the staff consistently goes above and beyond to enhance the experience.
