Customer service was great. You accept credit cards and the food was filled out and very tasty. We had noodles with fried duck and shrimp, a side of fried duck and a side of green vegetables. Jasmine tea to drink for beginners was a nice touch! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hong Kong Noodle House:
With their small menu choices compared to other Cantonese restaurants, I expected great things... Noodles with Vegetables plate is small. Also, not very tasty. I've had better. Roast Duck is ok. Fish Ball Soup with Lai Fun noodles. The fish balls are good (soft) Wouldn't go back. View all feedback.
It has been a family institution of mine since the 1970's. Every year that we have visited we made it the first place to eat if get in to Honolulu early enough, if not eat there first day, most definitely the first thing to eat the next day. We recently visited since the change of ownership. It still has a lot of the similar flavors from when I last visited. Though I miss the original owners, they were part of the family, the new owners are keeping their tradition alive. Glad that the new owners kept the tradition going. Definitely will be taking my future family here and hope to make the owners part of my family like my family did with the original owners.
Wonton and beef stew noodle soup, I’m from Hong Kong and I can say the Wonton is on point, it mimicked the texture and flavors successfully, tho the noodle could be cooked better because it’s kinda soft, the al dente of traditional egg noodles should be firmer. The staff are super nice, she also speaks Cantonese !!

Food was good, service was awsome. The place looks kinda old and food is served on paper plates and plastic bowls but overall not a bad place to go eat. My wife had the char siu with onion noodles and I had the wonton with pig's feet soup noodles. Both were delicious but my wife didn't care for the taste of the soup but I was ok with it.
The fresh homemade egg noodles are served ‘al dente’ with your choice of meat. It’s an ok family run Chinese restaurant.
