And Japanes... read more Ordered Wagyu hamburger steak plate. It was very generous amount with lots of toppings. Macaroni potato salad was just right texture and very tasty. And Japanese pickles (fukujin-zuke) helped change pallet. One thing if I can add my opininion is there are too many flavors on the hamburger steak. This is an oroshi daikon ponzu sauce plate. I think the onion and mushroom saute can be an option. So we can enjoy the oroshi and ponzu flavor much better.

I was so disappointed, because I didn't want poke bowl. Negitiro has to be some chopped chu-toro with green onions. Please tell them what Negitiro is exactly. They don't even know what negitiro is.
