Good food and great place to go out! This place is usually really busy, so the order ahead is a much better option. The ahi had a great taste, but unfortunately he was overcooked. We also tried the Hawaiian BBQ Guava Chicken for the first time and really enjoyed it. I would also recommend the Calamari Steak if you want to try something else. Wow, the food here is really good! Actually, I didn't expect much, it's a small shop that doesn't look like much outside. The food we have was amazing! I had the BBQ pork ribs (picture) and my sister got a chicken dish. Both were perfectly cooked with great taste. The meat on mine literally fell from the bone, I could use a fork to eat it. My cousin has the fish she loved. We were all pleasantly surprised by the place. We got out because the dining area they have is so small that most people did the same. The food was hot when we got it, so they're efficient and serve him so that it doesn't sit on a window. A great experience, I would highly recommend.
Delicious and good value. We had the coconut shrimp 17$ and surf and turf 20$. Must try the fresh in-pineapple smoothie too 14$. Would come again and nice outdoor sitting area and tropical music.
The food is delicous!!! The spicy shrimp comes with corn, salad, and rice it was filling and very flavorful! The Loco Moto is yummy too! Its a hole in the wall location but worth the wait in line to order. They have pi rappel smoothies that look amazing but haven't had a chance to try yet. You can either order to go or place your order and then sit at a table outside.
The Ahi Tuna was seriously delicious. I took a couple of pics, before cutting into it and with a cut out of it, so you can see how it's pan seared. The Hawaiian BBQ was great too, it had just enough char on it to taste BBQd and not just cooked in a pan. The service was fast (less than 5 minutes from order to having food at the table). If you're looking for authentic Hawaiian food, come here. Portion size was big too!
Delicious food and a fantastic spot for a night out! This restaurant tends to get quite busy, so it's definitely best to order ahead. The ahi tuna had wonderful flavor, but unfortunately it was overcooked. We also sampled the Hawaiian BBQ Guava Chicken for the first time, and we absolutely loved it. If you're looking to try something different, I highly recommend the Calamari Steak. The rice served with each meal is always cooked to perfection, and the corn is a lovely addition. Overall, this is a great place for seafood and barbecue dishes.
